Gracie has been growing hers out as well, but is having second thoughts about cutting it just yet. She announced that she wants to let it grow below her knees… I informed her that her mother would not be braiding that much hair each night. 
Nator loves short hair, but has been growing hers out to donate as well. Can’t wait to see them strike a pose. Too cute!
My 11 year old is growing out her hair to do this, too! I love that our children can be empowered by this program. It’s easy to feel helpless and overwhelmed – especially as a child – in the face of disease and illness, so I think Locks of Love is an amazing opportunity for kids to take action and really help.

Bless their hearts! I wish I could do that. There is no way I could let my hair grow that long. And besides I color it. I used to be a blond! I think that is just wonderful! Good job, MOM!!
