We have been extremely busy around here since returning from vacation.
Our youth group is doing mission work around our community.
We have a couple days left.
Last week we worked at the soup kitchen. Not just preparing and serving meals but
cleaning the roof & gutters.
trimming trees.
landscaping.
painting.
cleaning.
lots of cleaning.
I love this stove. And would love to have one in my kitchen.
just think of all the yummy goodness I could cook up.
{several of the ladies scrubbed and scrubbed on this stove}
We held a carwash on Saturday and was able to raise $1000.00 for Hospice.
They will be offering camp this summer for children who have lost a family member.
Our church has a wonderful group of kids who love to get out and work.

I so paid dearly for those hard working days….but it was well worth all the aches and pains to raise that kind of money for such a great cause. As far as the Soup Kitchen goes, there again the scrubbing on that stove and the painting was so much appreciated by all that no pain was to great! Wonderful pictures!
