I’m Sick

I detest being sick. My body aches, my throat hurts, my head is throbbing, and I’ve started getting somewhat of a cough. I’m on about day 3 of this mess, and it is getting OLD.

It’s funny, when I’m not sick I love to lay around the house and be lazy.

When I’m sick, I can’t stand it. I want to be up moving around.

And what’s really weird is…………… I want to clean.

Seriously?

What is up with that?

Off to take some nighttime, sniffling, sneezing, coughing, aching, stuffy head so you can rest medicine.

I’ll be by tomorrow for a little visit. If I happen to leave a comment, and it makes absolutely no sense, that would be because of the meds.

Katrina - Sorry to hear your not feeling well! I hope you feel better soon!

Kelli - I'm praying you feel better soon...so you can clean!! Lol! I was sick with a nasty stomach bug yesterday and I felt just like you. The mess that the kids made was horrible and when I looked at it, I felt even worse. Oh well, today I feel better and I have to tackle the monumental mess!!!

Danielle - I hope you feel better! I am convinced that we always want to do stuff when we know we can't really do it. Even if it's stuff we know we really don't want to do! Does that make any sense? I hope so because I haven't had any cold medicine!

Mikki - Aww. Dear Michelle.. hope you are feeling better soon. Embrace the laziness.. it's your body telling you to relax while it heals itself ;-) Put on some good old movies and have fun with those cutie pie girls.

tracie - I am so sorry. I am the same way. I love to clean when I am sick. Go figure.
