Snow, Snow & More Snow

It snowed all night, and pretty much most of the day, with a little sleet, and freezing rain mixed in. I think last check we had a little over 8 inches. I hope this little snow storm has moved on.

So, we’ve been stuck inside all day, and pretty sure we’ll be here tomorrow too. Not complaining though. Sometimes its a good thing to be forced to slow down a little.

I spent pretty much the entire day messing around with my blog template. I could not decide what I wanted for the month of February. I decided to just stick with this template. I’d love to do one of the magazine themes, but, its gonna take a little more than just uploading a template. I need to figure out what’s what before going that route.

All day I kept waiting for it to stop snowing so I could snap a couple of pictures. Then it was too dark to see anything. Hopefully, I can get out tomorrow and take some.

If it stops snowing.

Right now, I’m trying not to think of the snow, but of warm sunny days. HA!

After becoming tired of my constant weather updates of Orlando, Audrey asked, why do you keep looking up the temperature there when we are here, and not going back to Orlando.

Another thing about this cold weather. It totally kills my back. Ugh! I wake up in the mornings stiff and by the time all the kinks get worked out, its time for bed again.

Yes, I’m like 100 years old. The snow and rain bother my aching muscles.

Only five more months and it will be June. Wonderful June. The weather is just right. Not too cool. Not too hot.

And pretty soon I will be sitting on the beach, Dr.Pepper and Oreo cookies in hand.

That’s what I keep telling myself. It makes it all better. Just a little. HA
