I was trying to redo my template for November, and forgot to save
my original stylesheet.
And we are off to run around the park, pick up pumpkins & clean the house.

This is the BEST chili. And the best part, for me anyway, its meat free.
I’m sure if you substituted the fake ground beef (HA!) with real ground beef it would be super yummy too!
Veggie Chili
1 (12oz) pack of frozen burger style crumbles
3 cans light kidney beans
1 (29oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (12oz) can tomato juice
5 onions (i did not add any onions to ours and it was fine)
3 tbsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
2 bay leaves
salt & pepper to taste
In large pot mix all the above ingredients
Bring to a simmer, cover and simmer for at least 1 hour.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream & tortilla chips.
The girls love art.
It’s one of their favorite things to do.
creating things.
coloring.
painting.
cutting.
pasting.
glittering.
Unfortunately, for them, I don’t let them create very often.
What is supposed to be a fun time.
Turns into a not-so-fun time.
Lots of fighting & yelling. Their part & mine.
I ran across a neat little project online the other day
and thought we’d give it a go.
The girls had a great time painting & mixing colors.
Not a lot of fighting. {insert happy dance}
Sarah, at one point, decided that she wanted
to put paint all over her hands. In the end,
she had more paint on her, than her painting.
I love how they turned out. I ended up hanging
Emily & Audrey’s downstairs in the hallway.
We have a couple of art & craft books for kids.
