Every Day Life

People blog for many different reasons.
In fact, that question has been answered many
times here, in what I like to call, mommy blogland.

I have asked myself this question SO many times.
Why do I take the time to blog?

I even thought about giving it up earlier this summer.
It is just so time consuming. Writing post, taking pictures,
reading blogs, commenting, & goofing off with my
many templates.

Then one day I was looking for a recipe on my old blog &
it brought back many memories.

Memories that I would have forgotten all about had I not
taken the time to post.

And that kind of answered the question I have been asking
myself for a while now.

Every day life.
That’s my focus here on my blog.
The simple things in my world.
The little things that make me happy.

I blog for me.
I blog for my family.
I blog so we don’t forget.
I blog so when the memories get pushed to the
back of my mind, I can easily find them.
I blog so on the very worst of days, I can look back and see……

smiles, laughter, bright eyes, surprises, toothless grins, family, friends

Daisies

Are these not the prettiest daisies ????

dasiy

David brought these home last night.
LOVE them.
White daisies have always been my favorite.
I think I may have changed my mind.

Next!

Love this NEXT google goodie I read about today on Melissa’s blog. It will make blogging & commenting SO much easier.

I tend to get in a hurry when reading thru your posts (in a reader) and never get around to commenting! ugh!

After searching though my folders, bloglines & google reader for all the blogs I read, I just don’t have the time.

Mostly, because I am so unorganized. I’m sure most of y’all have your blogs nice and neat put in the same little folder or at least use the same reader. Who knows why in the world I have two????

It’s what I do.

Make everything harder on myself! HA

The next bookmark is an innovative way to read your subscriptions. It allows you to use Google Reader through just one link – clicking on it takes you to the next unread item, marking it as read in the process. It is particularly useful for subscriptions which only include snippets or when you want to read an article in context.

To get there go to the settings page and click on goodies and follow the instructions.

Easy!

And of course, it just wouldn’t be a proper  post if I didn’t post a picture of one of the girls.
