There are two things that I dislike hate more than anything.
1) Getting up early.
2) Exercise.
And yet for some wild and crazy reason I have decided to take an aerobics type class from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM two days a week.
Yes, AM, as in the morning.
Yes, I am crazy.

Maybe you can brew some strong coffee in the bedroom and get a cup before your feet touch the floor.

I went to an early morning spin class from 5:15-6:00. I’ll tell you that it sucked getting up but I felt GREAT on the days I did it. However, after I month of getting up at 4:30 I was done…I really should start it again because of how good I felt.

5 AM?! Yikes, Michelle!! Isn’t it still dark out at 5? I hate getting up when the sun is not up. If the sun is not shining then I figure I don’t have to either. Are you taking this class with a friend? The only way anyone could eeeeever convince me of doing something like that was if someone was coming along to be miserable wth me.
And even then, I’m not sure. Cuz the only thing I hate more than exercise and sweat is doing it in public. I can’t even stand the smell of the gyms I’ve been in. THe whole stale sweat thing…sooo gross. How long is the class? I should really be more diligent about exercising. It’s just so boring, so painful, and so unappealing! Hehee! You go girl! I’m proud of you!
Um, had you had your cup of coffee before you made this decision? That is early early.
