David and I have been going back and forth over the whole internet browser thing. I like IE and he keeps telling me to try Firefox. It’s not that I like one better than the other, I’m just used to Internet Explorer. And when it comes to computers, I don’t like change.
David’s a computer guy, I’m not. I didn’t even know there was more than one browser thingy until he loaded it, or whatever you do, to the desktop and I asked him what that little icon thing was. To be honest, I didn’t even know what browser meant, he had to explain it to me, and I still don’t understand. And don’t really care to.
All this came up because I asked why blogs look different on his computer. And why mine sometimes looks messed up. He told me that I should use Mozilla Firefox because if you make changes it will look the same in both IE and Mozilla. Okay, whatever. That does not make sense to me. So, I have stuck with IE.
Then last night I was trying to search something and for some reason it’s all messed up. When I type in my search it goes to an rr screen, which I cannot stand. I asked David if he could change it back to the way it was or make it go to google. And again, it was, you need to use Mozilla Firefox. You’ll like it better. And something about my blog. I can’t remember. I have a terrible memory and Sarah is screaming. I can’t think.
Anyway, long story short. He told me to put a poll on my blog. So, I did. Will you please take it? Purty please? It’s at the top of my right sidebar.

i use both. firefox on my laptop and ie on the other computer. i prefer firefox for its ease of use.
Ok, PLEASE!!!!! Don’t use Mozilla!!!! My husband loves Mozilla too. But it screws up all of our blogs!! And for those of us who are in business creating blog designs, this creates a HUGE problem. We’re trying to figure out why Mozilla hates us so much, but as of now, it is still a BIG mystery…

Wow! I took your poll thinking IE would totally win out and look how close it is! Tim has told me about firefox as well (he has it at work and likes it) but I do not care about it and I don’t want it on my computer. I don’t like change either and once I’ve learned how to use something I don’t want to learn how to use a whole different thing. Goodness, it’s taken me forever just to learn my way around this new version of windows explorer thingy. They moved all my buttons around and now I still go to the wrong spot for something and realize they moved it on me. Guys are just better at figuring these things out. I tell Tim he needs to remember that I’m the “weaker vessel” and he needs to “dwell with her with understanding”. Heheee…
I just have to cast my vote – even though this is old! I LOVE firefox! My troubles viewing blogs come with IE. If you use IE to view my blog – you miss my background design, only firefox can show it. Something about load times? Anyway, I truly love the ease of Firefox (and security?).
