I don’t think they got the “Can be very emotional” thing right ~ do you David?
| What animal would best suit your personality?A DOG.
You are one of the best friends that someone could ever ask for. A very loyal, compassionate person who is always there for close friends and family members who are in a tough time. You are someone who can be counted on time and time again and never let small grudges get in the way of a good friendship. But unfortunately, you are very dependant, and every now and then someone will take advantage of your loyalty, and it is most often not until you end up hurt that you realised your foolishness. |

A Riding We Will Go
The girls love riding their bikes! It’s something they do not get to do very often because during the day it is hard for me to be out with them while watching Miss Sarah. In the evenings, by the time we eat and clean up it is too late. So, I came up with a brilliant little plan. I could put Sarah on the back of my bike and we could go riding during the day at the lake. David got all the bikes out the other night and I was hoping to practice with Sarah on the back of mine. David, being the smart one, thought it would be best if I practiced on my own first (I had not been on a bike in 8 years) Let me first just start off saying, I have never been athletic. Matter of fact I just learned how to say the silly word a year or two ago. If I remember correctly, we had been playing ball or something with our church. Several of our ladies are very athletic; they can hit a ball without throwing their leg up, run, and catch a ball. All things that I have a hard time doing and if by chance I should happen to hit or catch a ball I start squealing and clapping my hands! Anyway, on this particular night I was telling David that I wish I were more ath~U~let~ic. He told me I needed to learn how to say the word first!! Not only is there not an athletic bone in my body, but I am out of shape! So, I should not have been too surprised when I could not even accomplish the first step to riding a bike. Getting on it! Yes, I had a hard time getting on my bike. I had to lean the thing way over so I could throw my leg over. Once I did get on, I couldn’t figure out how to fix the gears. After all that was settled and I was on my way, David said I looked like Emily from behind when he was trying to teach her how to ride without training wheels! By the time I got the hang of it my legs were killing me, and I had to get off. Needless to say, the girls and I will not be heading to the lake anytime soon. I have a lot more practicing to do before David will even agree to put Sarah on the back of my bike.
