We have had a very busy and tiring week! Sarah, bless her heart, was sick the past couple of days. I ended up taking her to the doctor and they are treating her for double ear infections and a sinus infection. She is finally feeling better today ~ in other words ~ she is not glued to my hip this morning! She is running around and making up for lost time. We missed a couple of days of school this week but are gonna play catch up today. Emily and Audrey have already taken their end of year test; at this point we are just trying to get in all our days. So, we may just fill that time with a lot of field trips, JUST KIDDING DAVID!!! (We have a very strict principal)
In other news (said in a very whiny voice) I have to change my diet and I don’t want to. I will not bore you with all the details but I have been having some tummy issues. My doctors answer to these problems is to just take medication. At my last appointment when I asked about some natural things I could do and if a change of diet would help, he just looked at me and handed me some sample pills to take. I have since started reading this really good book that is full of helpful information and gives you a lot of suggestions. We also bought a cookbook full of yummy recipes of foods that I can eat. As I cook more of them, I will share the recipes. I cooked some potatoes the other night and even the girls liked them. I’ll share this recipe later today.
A couple of years ago I bought the Tae Bo videos and really enjoyed doing them, so why I donated them to Goodwill ~ I don’t know. We bought a
Emily & Audrey have fallen in love with one of my all time favorite TV shows ~ Leave It to Beaver! We have been getting these from Netflix and they have watched them over and over ~ Oh, do you know what preview they put on the first
I hope you can make heads or tails of this post! Between chasing bugs, stopping fights and changing dirty diapers I completely lost my train of thought! But I did want to check in with you ~
Hope ya’ll have a nice weekend!
Love ya Michelle

Poor little Sarah! Goodness -a double ear infection and a sinus infection…..I think that’s just a bit too much for a little baby girl. I’m guessing she’s on antibiotics. I sure hope she conitues to get better. And you must be just exhaused from her “attachment”! =)
How funny that you were doing Tae Bo yestreday! I had pulled out my Pilates dvd and was dong that. Is Tae Bo easier because I could not keep up with these gumbo flexible women. I was concentrating so hard on what crazy position they were in I could not keep up! How exhausting too. I decided to quit and do some stretches…heheee!
We love Leave it to Beaver here too. What an awful preview to put on such a family friendly show too. That’s just disgusting!
I hope your diet helps you to feel much better!! Hopefully the awful dieting will be worth it in the end!
Have a great day!!
Leah
Oh my…poor Sarah and poor mommy! I’m glad she is off the hip and amongst the rat race again…hehehe
I can’t believe they put Brokeback mountain on there as a preview..don’t they understand their demographics? LOL
Anyway, I totally understood your post even through the bugs, fights and dirty diapers. Right up my alley!! hehehe
Would you please tell Leah I need her to send me her password again…I can’t find it in my emails. *embarassed smile*
Leah, We have the Pilates dvd too! I find it easier (for me) to do Tae Bo because I am not flexible at all! And by the time I got into the position they are in they have moved on ~
Trina~ I just let Leah know!
It’s called LIFE…… I truely understand, after a hectic day with the kids I often sit at my computor and wonder what to blog on…. what actually happened today?….. it all seemed such a blurrrrrr!
I do hope the days get better! I vote you have some field trip days….. go and petition in front of Mr Headmasters office!!!! Or just use your feminine charms!!!
love to you
